  • Spire  (Gas): (314) 621-6960 (Monday-Friday 7 am to 7 pm; Saturday 8 am to 4:30 pm)
  • Water, Sewer, and Trash: paid by us 
  • Recommended internet is Spectrum 1-855-243-8892 

During the summer we cut the grass every other Tuesday, and during the winter we take care of snow as long as there is more than 1 inch. 

Richmond Heights: Trash and recycling is every Wednesday.

Clayton: Trash and recycling is every Monday. 

University City: Trash and recycling is every Wednesday.

Creve Coeur: Trash and recycling is every Friday.
