Please leave your apartment clean and free of trash and debris and in good order.
1. All furniture must be out of the apartment before a final walk-through can be done.
Kitchen:
· the oven/range/ - left clean. Stove drip pans must be cleaned or replaced. Please leave the broiler pan in the oven.
· Refrigerator needs to be clean, empty of food.
· Microwave - left clean.
· Cabinets and cabinet shelves free of dust.
· Floor mopped.
Bathroom sink/toilet/tub cleaned and floor mopped.
Hardwood floors & trim – free of dust, scratches, gouges, & water stains.
Window blinds, ceiling fans and light fixtures - should be dusted & functioning.
Any broken mirrors, holes in doors, holes in walls, chip paint, broken window blinds or any other such damage should be fixed.
The door, mailbox, & basement keys to the unit must be returned. Please remove your name from the mailbox.
If unwanted furniture, boxes, or trash are left in the unit, you will be charged in order to pay for its removal. Your basement racks must also be cleaned out.
Take all utilities, (gas, electric, phone, cable etc.) out of your name as of your vacate date. You should call the utility companies at least 4 days before the desired final billing day.
The above items should be completed at final walk-through.
The appropriate security deposit will be returned to you after the final walk-through inspection is completed. We charge $60 per hour per person if any cleaning is needed.
