Each Family Sunday focuses on a different family-friendly theme, providing a creative and engaging way for children and adults to explore the museum's collections together. This offers a stimulating and enjoyable cultural experience that fosters creativity and an appreciation for art.

 Forest Park will once again be the vibrant location for the annual St. Louis Earth Day Festival. This community tradition focuses on promoting sustainable practices and connecting attendees with local businesses and organizations offering eco-friendly products and services. The festival also features live entertainment, delicious food from Green Dining Alliance restaurants, and educational resources, providing a chance to have fun while learning about how to make a positive impact on the planet

 The Schnuck’s has a Red Box movie rental inside. If you want a cup of coffee then you can check out the first Kaldi’s coffee shop at 700 De Mun Ave, St. Louis, MO 63105.

Del Pietro's is a casual affordable Italian restaurant serving fresh pastas, pizza, salads, antipasti, entrees, local beers, and a diverse wine list. Great for a nice dinner and has very delicious food. If you want to learn more click here.

Olympia Kebob House and Taverna

Voted the best gyro in town consistently each year. They are stocked with a full bar and open patio reminiscent of an authentic European Greek restaurant. Great place for special events with a private back room. Click to learn more here.

Southwest Diner

Very homey, small menu but the amazingness of the food makes up for it. Not a great website so I would suggest just going there in person. Click to learn more here.

Hank's cheesecakes

Pointer's pizza

Gioia's Deli

Gioia's has some of the best sandwiches in Missouri and is always a treat to have. They make the sandwiches the way you want them, but options are here.

Missouri Baking Company

If you love bakeries and good options this is the place. They have so many good options in this store that you are almost tempted to ask for one of everything. This is in the Hill (Italian neighborhood).

The Heights

This is the health club we used to go to, it is a great gym with basketball courts, track above the basketball courts, with a family-friendly pool. Cardio training, strength training, and powerlifting are also available. Click to learn more here.

Forest Park

There are 1,300 acres  and over 6 miles of running and biking paths . They are forests, ecosystems, nature reserves, lakes and streams, as well as five of the region’s major cultural institutions which are the Missouri History Museum, The Muny, St. Louis Art Museum, St. Louis science center, and the St. Louis Zoo.  Forest Park attracts 13 million visitors each year, making it the sixth most visited urban park in the United States. Saint Louis Zoo

The Saint Louis Zoo is free. About 3 million visitors a year get the opportunity to experience 17,000+ animals in the Zoo’s care; many of them are rare and endangered.  Has a walking path and bench seating by the pond and music during the summer.

This is a great swim team for all ages and different levels of swimming. Lot of our kids in our community go to CSP and enjoy it. To learn more click here.
